The Contrast Theory products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. For all other brands, manufacturer warranty terms apply per the brand's published warranty for that model. The warranty for your specific product is listed on its product page.

If something goes wrong, contact us first via our contact page. Please keep your order details and, where relevant, photos of the issue. We will guide you to the right brand support channel and help you get the matter resolved.

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in their original packaging. Freight returns are arranged case by case, and returned freight items must be properly packaged.packaged and collected as arranged. Please message us via our contact page before returning anything, so we can confirm the return and arrange collection.
