Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Saunas and cold plunges ship direct from the brand by freight. Any freight cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no freight charges beyond what you see at checkout. Products are fulfilled brand-direct — they ship from the brand to your door, not from a CLT warehouse. Based in the Charlotte metro, shipping nationwide.

How freight delivery works

Freight delivery is curbside with liftgate service, arranged by the brand.
Please ensure clear access for a freight truck and help or equipment to move the product from the curb to its final location.
Inspect the shipment on arrival and note any visible damage before signing.

Lead times

Lead times vary by brand and product. We confirm the expected lead time before purchase, so you know when to expect delivery and can plan base preparation and electrical work.
